We offer a variety of veneer matching techniques in order to create a mirrored image pattern at the joint line and yield maximum continuity of grain.

Substrates

P-Board (edited).jpg

Particle board, also known as chipboard, is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips or jute-stickchips and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded.

MDF (edited).jpg

MDF is generally more dense than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger, and more dense, than particle board.

Plywood (edited).jpg

Plywood is a material manufactured from thin layers or "plies" of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another.
